Just bring yourself! If you have reference photos of the look you're going for, those are always helpful. We'll talk through your hair history, goals, and any concerns before we start — so you can feel totally prepared.
How should you prepare for a color service?+
Come with clean, dry hair (washed within 24 hours) for the most accurate color application. Avoid heavy styling products that day. Elizabeth will assess your hair's condition during the consultation.
Are kids really welcome?+
Absolutely! Children are some of our favorite clients. Elizabeth has a special knack for making kids feel comfortable and even excited about their haircut. Parents consistently tell us their kids feel like 'princesses and princes' here.
What is the cancellation policy?+
We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, just give us as much notice as you can — 24 hours is appreciated — so we can offer the time to another client.
Do you accept walk-ins?+
We recommend booking ahead to ensure Elizabeth can give your service the unhurried time it deserves, but feel free to call — if there's an opening, we'll make it work!
How does permanent jewelry work? Will it hurt?+
Not at all! The weld is quick and painless — it's a tiny spark that seals the chain, and you won't feel a thing. The whole fitting process takes just a few minutes per piece.
